The rules of the forums
Welcome to World of Dragons! To start RPing, you need to create a dragon, and before you create a dragon, you need to know the rules. Please follow them and there won't be any problems ; )
Be nice- No being rude, crude, racist or anything similar.
Keep the forums clean- No sexual abuse and/or harassment of any kind.
Be patient- Not many people will post right after you. No one wants a PM inbox full of messages asking why they haven't posted yet.
Keep it simple- No over powered, one shot defeat, impossible to kill dragons. We want RPing to be fair and fun.
No double posts- No double posting on the forums. If you accidentally double post, please delete one. There is also an edit button in the top right corner of the posts.
No killing- No killing of other dragons unless directly requested
Don't worry about grammar- This makes RPers annoyed when you constantly check up on their spelling and grammar
Limit disasters- If one dragon saves your butt, don't create another problem to interfere with any business they may want to get on with. It doesn't make things interesting, it just makes things boring and increases the chance of the RP being abandoned.
That's the basic rules. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. Now move on to creating your dragon.

Re: The rules of the forums
It also makes RPers annoyed when they have to read posts containing the grammar of a six year old child. It makes it harder to read, and in turn, to RP effectively. For example, certain uses of the comma are vital to understanding a post.
"Lets eat Midnight!" Tells the reader that you want to eat Midnight.
"Let's eat, Midnight!" Tells the reader that you want to eat something, and want Midnight to join you.
Apostrophes are important, too.
"That shovel is Snow Cones." Tells the reader that the shovel is made of snow cones.
"That shovel is Snow Cone's." Tells the reader that the shovel belongs to Snow Cone.
As you can see, grammar is quite important with RPing, so don't act as if it's some trivial annoyance.

Re: The rules of the forums
You do have a point, but some RPers may be quite young and lack skills in grammar or have a disability of some sort.
Re: The rules of the forums
You too have a point about the possibility of an RPer having a disability. However, RPers should still at least make an effort. Besides, if someone is too young to understand basic grammar, they probably shouldn't be on a forum with violence and blood anyway. Having a dragon slash it's claws through the flesh of another dragon, making blood spurt out, and then showering them with flames to try and burn them to death isn't exactly G-Rated.

Re: The rules of the forums
Maybe so, but there hasn't been that much blood yet. Even Shirayuki's blood post wasn't that bad.
Re: The rules of the forums
In the post you made in the Molten Crater, Midnight was forming a pool of blood around her from the various slashes in her body. She lost around half of her blood in one attack. Comparing the size of a dragon to a human, that is a lot of blood.
Just because there hasn't been much blood yet doesn't limit the possibility of more.

Re: The rules of the forums
Saying that grammar is redundant in an RP forum is like saying that bread isn't essential in a sandwich. You can try, and you can succeed, but it ends up in a massive mess.
